  1. Pre-Order Products

    When you place an order for a pre-order/sewn and cut to order product, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • The expected shipping dates are provided for your reference, but delays may occur.
    • By purchasing a pre-order product, you understand that the product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

     

  2. Final Sale – No Returns or Refunds

    • All sales are final. Once you place an order, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of defective or damaged products upon receipt (see below).
    • We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at blindxxxsociety@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and may offer you a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

  4. Order Processing and Shipping

    • After your pre-order purchase is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped once the product becomes available. The processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary.
    • You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

  5. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices listed on our website are in Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
    • Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods through our secure payment gateway.

  6. User Account

    • You may be required to create an account to place an order. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
