At Blind Society, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy to understand how and when your items will be shipped.
1. Order Processing Time
Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times. ALL ORDERS ARE PRE ORDER UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE there may be delays due to production times. We will keep you informed if there is any significant delay in processing your order.
2. Shipping Time
We will prepare and ship your item as quick as possible. Estimate is around 6-10 weeks for Pre-Orders. All Pre-Made Items ship Next Day.
3. Pre-Order/Cut and Sewn to Order Items
For these items, processing and shipping times may vary. These items are made-to-order, and as a result, there may be additional time needed for production.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. These fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. Free Shipping is offered depending on the product.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has been delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, or if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at blindxxxsociety@gmail.com. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other external factors beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may responsible for covering the reshipment fee. Order will be refunded if no response is made and we have your item.
